Recently, The Back Rub Company attended a special showing of the film, Food, Inc. The movie was quite an eye-opener, exposing the American food system and its effect on our health, our people, animals, the economy and the environment.
The film was preceded by a panel of local experts who are making huge strides in changing our food system.
We encourage anyone who eats to see this film.

2) Plant a garden
3) Buy organic food with little or no pesticides
4) Buy as much as you can from your local farmer's market
5) Write to congress
